Writing a Resume / Development
Prepare, piece, and plan your resume to stand out above the rest!
When writing your resume, the resume should be a perfect image of a professional individual(you), ....and that resume, should match the job you are applying or seeking. In other words, the resume should be close to, a mirror image of the job you are applying for.
By preparing a mirror matched resume to the job qualifications that you are applying for, you can increase the chances for the second step of the hiring process which would be the interview.
Because the interview would probably be the second stage, or second part of the hiring process, a resume... must be well written to increase the chances of being invited to a possible interview. Without the interview, the second step of the hiring process is eliminated.
So when writing and preparing your resume, it is important to think about matching your resume to fit the job you are applying for, to increase the chances of moving onto the second step of the hiring process which would be.....the interview!
And of course without making it to the interview, you have just eliminated yourself from the next hiring stage.
So plan to make it to the next stage of getting the job by making it to the interview, and tailoring your resume to fit the job you are applying for, and make your resume stand out above the rest!
Start writing down your experience and qualifications...
List all your experience and qualifications down in Microsoft word or another word type program. You can also just write them all down on paper and transfer them to the word document later.
Once you have all your pieces of information for your resume, experience, education, qualifications, job dates, etc., you can start laying them out in Microsoft word.
Resume layout...

Choosing the right jobs!
When choosing jobs and positions, you need to make sure they fit with your qualifications and experience that are listed on your resume.
Once you have chose the jobs and companies that you are going to apply for, make sure you know what the company is looking for, and what you have to offer before you prepare your resume to the job you are applying for.
Match and Identify your certain qualifications that would make you the best candidate for the particular position that you are applying for.
