Training for New Skills / Development

Check with your local schools...

When the economy is down, education and training for new skills increases. So if you find that the school is a little bit busier than usually, that means people have lost their jobs, and are trying to improve their education for future job placement.

Check your local community college and see if they have the new skills that you are looking for. Make sure the school is legit, and find out what the course will cost, and see how long it will take you.

It could take some time, if you need to acquire new skills that you don't already have, but putting the extra time in, is only going to broaden your resume and make a better targeted candidate for yourself.

Besides..... you have your whole life, but life is very short,.... so you better get a move on!

Look for schools that are close in your area, to see what is available to you. Or take some online classes that you are interested in that will help you acquire new skills.

If you want to simply educate yourself better for your existing job, it can always make you more valuable to any workforce.
