Self-examination + Motivation + goal = success

Motivation plays another key part in achieving your goals.

Finding out what motivates you through self-examination, can help you find a career that you enjoy. Using motivation as a tool towards something you love, can help you create a career out of something you enjoy doing.

For example if you love skydiving you can study it and learn how to teach it and make a career out of it. Being motivated goes hand in hand with the goals you set from self-examination.

Goals are what drive you, and this motivation is what helps you accomplish your goals. So find out what motivates you and use it to your advantage.

Some individuals my lack motivation or were just born with no motivation at all. Most of the time when there is challenge involved we get motivated because we like to be challenged. But some challenges may not be very interesting to some individuals.
